In a bold move, he left his position as Senior Manager at a bank after 21 years of service in 1999, fueled by his strong faith in God and guided by the Holy Spirit. In 2023, he graduated in Corporate Entrepreneurship for Top Management from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), highlighting his dedication to continuous learning and excellence in his field.
