BGen Wilfredo S. Bonilla AFP (Ret) brings a wealth of experience and a distinguished military background to his role as Chief Executive Officer of 888 Renewable and Sustainable Energy Corporation. He is a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Class of 1982 and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

Throughout his career, BGen Bonilla has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in various fields. He has completed numerous significant military and civilian courses, including the Command and General Staff Course at the Army Command and Staff College in Canberra, Australia, and a Diploma in Management in Defense Studies from the University of Canberra. He also finished units in Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines and a BS in Civil Engineering from Western Mindanao State University.

His notable military career includes key positions such as Army Internal Auditor, Chief of the Army Real Estate Office, Battalion Commander of 522ECB and 564ECB, and Executive Officer of 0G4, PA. He has also served as General Manager of the Philippine Army Golf Club.

Beyond his military service, BGen Bonilla is an accomplished leader in the private sector. He serves as President of Sandigan Natin Lending Investors, Inc., and holds leadership roles in several organizations, including the PMA “Sandigan” Class ’82, President of Holy Family Academy Alumni Association, President of Holy Family Academy Alumni Scholarship Foundation, Inc and numerous golfing and masonic societies. His community involvement includes membership in the Free and Ancient Accepted Masons and Rotary Club of Makati-Rockwell.
